Issue with CTRL-D in Composite Transformation.
In the Composite Transformation, when using CTRL-D to toggle between Display Input and the Display Preview, the Display Input Image (In) and Display Overlay Image (Ov) radio buttons are not displayed.
To reproduce issue:
1 Start PWP 8.0.423
2 Create Color Chart Test Pattern
3 Add Composite Transformation
4 Using the mouse pointer, click the Display Input and then the Display Preview buttons
5 Note that the In and Ov radio boxes appear and disappear
6 Now toggle between the Display Input screen and the Display Preview screen using CTRL-D
7 Note the In and Ov radio boxes are not refreshed
