When using the paint tool, if I change the 'amount' slider, the round paint brush cursor turns back to a normal cursor. If I then reposition the menu, the cursor comes back as a brush again. The attached snapshot shows the settings I'm using.
Also - changing the mode from 'darken only' to 'copy' also fixes the cursor.

The fix in 8.0.412 introduced other problems. Should be fixed in 8.0.413
