crop tool : right-click menu for cropping 16x9 not always working

Open an image sized 4000 x 3000 px
Display input and preview side by side
Use right-click menu on input image
- reset cropping rectangle to entire image

Use right-click menu on input image
- proportions 16:9

Outcome : proportions stay the same ( 4:3 )
