The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Curve Controls: improved the way markers (lines highlighting the histogram when you click and drag on the input image) are displayed to make them more visible in areas where the histogram is near zero.

Crop: fixed problem with size of crop rectangle sometimes changing slightly when dragging its interior.

Composite, Blend, Paint, Tint, Gradient (Linear, Oval, Sweep and Multipoint), Watermark Transformations: added Linear Light, Vivid Light and Pin Light blend modes similar to those in Adobe Photoshop.
