The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Paint Tool: added the ability to adjust brush width and angle continuously and to display custom brush shapes as outlines surrounding the cursor. Brush angle is adjusted by a Compass control or by Shift-Mouse Wheel. Brush width is adjusted by a slider or by Ctrl-Mouse Wheel. Outlines of custom brushes show contour lines at 25%, 50% and 75%. Once this new code is stable, I will propagate it to the other transformations that use brushes.

Clone Tool: fixed a problem with the brush shape rotated or flipped in some cases.

Stretch Transformation: swapped the positions of the Top and Bottom sliders.

Custom Brush Shapes: Added a note to documentation -- to avoid clipping rotated custom brush shapes, custom brush shape images must be black everywhere outside the largest circle that fits in the 2000 x 2000 pixel image.
