Button visibility

When I am building a mask I fairly frequently use a number of the buttons located across the top of the mask dialog window. Their outline does change when they are depressed, but the change in appearance is fairly subtle. It would be helpful to me if a depressed button were a little more obvious, perhaps a bit of color added to the border of a depressed button or a slightly thicker border?

For the next release I added a little red to the border of depressed tool bar radio buttons. Not sure if I like it, but I can take it out if there are objections.
