High CPU usage when minimized

At the moment using PWP 8.0.87. I've been noticing this off and on over the past several weeks and I think I've finally tracked it down.When Picture WIndow Pro 8 is minimized, it consumes around 15-20% of the CPU (see attached screen shot). There are no transformations in progress, it should be idling and doing absolutely nothing. Bring it up again out of minimization and onto the monitor, and its CPU usage is back down to zero. Minimize it again and its CPU usage goes right back up.
