Digital Light & Color

I've set my Preview preferences to "Preview size" -> "Large" and "Upper Left".

Now, the Preview window opens on "Lower Left" - I've checket there is no difference when I change the setting to "Lower Left" the window opens in the same place at lower left corner and there is plenty of room above. However the irritating thing is that the tool (transformation) dialog opens exactly under the Preview window so each time I have to press ctrl-T to bring it to the top and move it further to the right outside the Preview window area. Only then I am able to proceed with editing the picture.

It would be nice if the Preview preference was taken into account when determining the place to open the tool dialog - there is plenty of room to the right and the tool dialog opens constantly at (fixed?) position under the Preview window.

Of course, the second paragraph should read: "...I've checked there is no..." - sorry for the typo, I would have corrected it if I could...
