Bug fix release 22-Aug-2019

I have posted a new release (22-Aug-2019).
Sorry for the temporary instability, but I changed a lot of code last week.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problems with File Save commands garbling filename and starting in wrong folder.
Fixed problems with File Open not defaulting to last opened folder.
