Bug fix release 10-Aug-2019

I have posted a new release (10-Aug-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Converted remaining transformation and other dialog boxes so they preserve text and control sizes when dragged between monitors with different scale factors.
Image Browser no longer shows up as a separate item on the task bar.
Create Profile: fixed problems with 24-patch ColorChecker reference files.
Drop Shadow: fixed problems with having transformation open at the same time as a drop shadow control (e.g. in the Text transformation).
When saving files, the extension is removed so it updates automatically when changing file types.
