Bug fix release 20-Jul-2019

I have posted a new release (20-Jul-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Color Balance: fixed problem causing internal error when a transformation is inserted at the top of a new branch.
All transformations that accept auxiliary inputs: fixed problem causing no image to be selected when the transformation is canceled right after opening it.
Fixed problem causing crash on File Save after saving and reloading a workspace file.
Mask: fixed problem causing crash in some cases on Mask Reset if a default mask settings file was in effect.
