Bug fix release 26-Jun-2019

I have posted a new release (26-Jun-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Paint and Smudge: added code to prevent processing a new stroke until the last one is completed.
Clone, Paint and Smudge: fixed problem of control returning to transformation dialog box after each mask operation.
Add Border: fixed problem causing possible slight softness of edges when specifying a rectangular border with 0% softness.
Clone: fixed problems with Lighten Only and Darken Only modes and some issues with Undo.
Texture: added Equalize checkbox and now include settings files to create mezzotint textures when installing Picture Window.
