Bug fix release 23-Jun-2019

I have posted a new release (23-Jun-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
File Open: fixed problem causing switch to new file not to show up in the caption of the main image area.
Fixed problem causing the image before a splitter to be un-bypassed when the splitter is removed by closing its next-to-last branch.
Clone: added code to prevent processing a new stroke until the last one is completed.
