Bug fix release 4-May-2019

I have posted a new release (4-May-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Speed-up of recalculation by suppressing updates of main image area until the end.
Speed-up of recalculation and reduction of memory usage by eliminating unnecessary image copies for bypassed transformations, splitters and side branches. This was a major internal change and may cause a few problems my testing has not revealed.
Fixed File Open problem introduced accidentally in May 1 update. Opening a script some of whose files no longer exist did not work correctly if you supplied a valid replacement.
Compare: fixed problem of input image not updating when recalculated.
Frame: fixed problem of auxiliary input images not updating when input image changed.
Monochrome: fixed problem with filter image selection when input image changed.
Multi Color Balance: fixed problem with error message if input image was black and white.
Updated to latest Exiftool version 11.39.
