Gaussian blur not refreshing preview window

1. start Gausian transformation
2. load Orton Effect settings -> Display Side by Side and Synchronize Scrolling buttons get turned ON but preview shows only the output image
3. click on the dialog title bar or move the dialog a bit -> the preview window get refreshed and split
4. load Fog Effect or other settings or use Reset command -> Display Preview button gets turned ON but the preview window stays split
5. click on the dialog title bar or move the dialog a bit -> the preview gets refreshed
