Bug fix release 3-Mar-2019

I have posted a new release (3-Mar-2019) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Changed default color management setting for batch mismatch to Convert.
Fixed initial setting of Histogram Expand button in Curve control.
Added a couple of tips to the Transformations.pdf document for Gaussian Blur to get fog and Orton effects. Added Orton effect settings file to the full installation.
