Bug fix release 12-Feb-20198

I have posted a new release (12-Feb-2019) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Image Info: fixed problem with subject distance reporting.
Fixed problem with displaying the wrong cursor in main image area in some cases.
Continued to add to manuals.
