Bug fix release 10-Feb-20198

I have posted a new release (10-Feb-2019) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem with initial curve/histogram button in curve controls.
File Save: fixed crash when saving an image whose transformation is open for editing and you confirm you want to close it before continuing.
Continued to add to manuals.
