Bug fix release 13-Dec-2018

I have posted a new release (13-Dec-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Some changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Added a Terminate Batch Process button to the batch status dialog box.
Main menu and tool bars are now disabled during batch operations. They are re-enabled when the batch process completes or is terminated.
Scripts saved without pathnames now just ask for pathname when opened instead of reporting a missing file.
File Open: fixed problems with filename not being displayed as the Image Browser caption.
Applying the Clone Top Level Image command to a branch that starts with a File Open now clears the file list in the cloned version of the File Open. This in turn causes it to ask for new pathnames, which effectively replaces the functionality from the old style File Open that let you clone the branch when double-clicking on the File Open thumbnail. So now to get the same effect, right click on the thumbnail instead and select Clone Top Level Image from the context menu.
