Bug fix release 4.5-Nov-2018422

I have posted a new release (4.5-Nov-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Mask dialog: fixed problems with mask undo and Feather and other tools.
Mask dialog: fixed problem with save mask as image if file did not previously exist.
