Bug fix release 4-Nov-2018422

I have posted a new release (4-Nov-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Masks transformation: fixed problem making it impossible to select a starting image as a mask.
Mask dialog: added error messages when saving the current mask as an image file if the file already exists or is currently open.
