Bug fix release 31-Oct-20184

I have posted a new release (31-Oct-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Improved display update quality when applying tools such as clone, paint and smudge.
Fixed problems with certain ICC profiles that have invalid description fields. This was showing up when opening files with embedded profiles.
Reworked Mask Paint Tool to speed it up and update mask overlay while painting.
