This has been reported I recall, but I still can't figure out the trigger for this behaviour: often the History reports non-existent windows (or sometimes the dual entry for the same window). One example is when all windows are closed with Close All, but the history still reports several open or pending windows. Would anyone have a recipe on how to replicate it?
