Bug fix release 8-Oct-20184

I have posted a new release (8-Oct-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Remove Purple Fringe: changed caption to Purple Fringe to match Quick Pick.
Adjust and Color Curves: Switching between HSV and HSL no longer resets curves. Switching from HSV or HSL to RGB sets all 3 curves to the V or L curve. Switching from RGB to HSV or HSL resets the H and S curves and sets the V or L curve to the B curve.
Conditional Curves: Switching color space or channels no longer resets the curve.
