Bug fix release 26-Sep-2018

I have posted a new release (26-Sep-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem with adjusting separator between image browser and main image area causing crash in some cases and not zooming to fit correctly in some cases.
Layout: fixed problem with input image disappearing when clicking the Preview button.
Added support for two Topaz plug-ins: DeNoise 6 and ReMask 5. Changed the File menu to accommodate multiple plug-in sets. Individual plug-ins are now grayed out in the menu if unavailable. To get the Set Folder bitmap for File/Plug-ins/Setup you will need to do a full install.
