Bug fix release 22-Sep-2018

I have posted a new release (22-Sep-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Paint, Clone and Smudge Tools: fixed problems with undo/redo.
Layout: fixed problem of transparent panels when deleting panels and then adding new ones.
Layout: switching panel orientation no longer resets the cropping rectangle – it just rotates it, if necessary.
