deleting R-files

Hello
Recently i was working on pictures i copied from DVD, so they had the read only atrribute set.
Trying to delete that pictures after done all editing in Browse failed, it took a while to realize why it didn't delete them.
Would it possible to include a warning that the file is read only and buttons to Delete or Cancle, like it works in Windows Explrer ?
I do not work often with copies form CD or DVD, and normally i use a file manager to copy them and the file manager i use removes the R-Attribute when
copying files from CD to HD on request.
But this time i copied with my Image Database, and it did not reset the R-Attribute.
