Color Wheel transform and *.colorwheel files

Ref: PWP 8.0.exe 180904 with msi 180830; Win10 Home

Saving a settings file saves with a "color_wheel" command rather than a needed "colorwheel" command...

Fixed for next release -- color_wheel is actually the correct command but due to a typo, it was checking for colorwheel by mistake in one case.
