Bug fix release 1-Sep-2018

I have posted a new release (1-Sep-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Added default curve options to File/Preferences. These options let you set the default initial curve display options for all transformations, including curve/histogram display, histogram expansion, grid divisions and probe size.
Added graying of submenus in the Transformation menu based on image type.
