Bug fix release 27-Aug-2018

I have posted a new release (27-Aug-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Equalize: Fixed bugs in the way equalization was being performed. Also added a second curve and histogram display to show the curve that Equalize is applying to the image, with the histogram of the output image in the background.
Fixed problem causing zoom factor in title bar for left side of split screen not to update correctly.
Improved speed of copying images as well as other internal routines shared by various transformations and commands.
