Bug fix release 26-Aug-2018

I have posted a new release (26-Aug-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Internal updates to Match Reference.
Improved speed of Color Wheel transformation.
Improved speed of Mask Gradient tools.
Improved speed of common code used by transformations that have their own 1:1 preview area.
Reworked Image Info to display the time and date the original image was created as well as the time and date it was saved, if any. In scripts, this time and date reflects when the file was last saved when the script file was written, and it is restored when the script is reloaded. If the saved file was modified after the script was saved, the last modified date of the file will postdate the last saved date in the script file. This time and date feature will only be active on new scripts, since existing scripts do not have the time and date recorded within them.
