Bug fix release 24-Aug-2018

I have posted a new release (24-Aug-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
After Copy/Move, only the affected images are now recalculated.
Fixed problems in a number of transformations with clicking OK or Apply not picking up the latest value after integer controls were updated but before the time delay had elapsed.
