Bug fix release 15.5-Aug-2018

I have posted a new release (15.5-Aug-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Watercolor: Added standard buttons and Compute Entire Output Image button.
Fixed problem causing horizontal scroll bar to show up incorrectly sometimes when switching between synchronized and unsynchronized scrolling.
Fixed problems with File Save As and File Save Back with regard to the initial folder proposed in the File Save dialog box.
Fix bugs causing crash when displaying blank images (as in Stack Images). Fix crash on transformation shutdown in some cases.
