Bug fix release 14.5-Aug-2018

I have posted a new release (14.5-Aug-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Advanced Sharpen: fixed problems with preview image after clicking Compute Entire Output Image button.
Fixed problem of synchronized scrolling button not being displayed/hidden when switching display modes in Advanced Sharpen, Bilateral Sharpen, Unsharp Mask, Gaussian Blur and Precise Gaussian Blur.
Fixed problem of flashing scroll bars when adjusting the position of the separator bar between the image browser and the main image area.
