Bug fix release 9.5-Aug-2018

I have posted a new release (9.5-Aug-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Added making the standard Windows sound under various error conditions. Added Silent setting in File/Preferences so you can suppress the sounds if you find them annoying or do not want to disturb others nearby.
Added warning in copy/move if destination image type is incompatible with current transformation. For example, trying to copy or move Color Balance to a black and white destination image.
When closing an empty side branch, the confirmation no longer refers to closing any dependent images.
Fix bug causing transformations with open dialogs not to be closed in some cases.
