Bug fix release 6-Aug-2018

I have posted a new release (6-Aug-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Advanced Sharpen, Bilateral Sharpen, Gaussian Blur, Unsharp Mask and Precise Gaussian Blur: all now have a new Preview button just above the 1:1 preview area in their dialog boxes. Clicking this preview button recomputes and updates the full output image, but the results are not propagated to other downstream transformations. Previously, the only way to recompute the output image was with the Apply button which does propagate changes downstream and can therefore be very slow.
