Bug fix release 4-Aug-2018

I have posted a new release (4-Aug-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Added code to force main window and image browser window on-screen if they are not fully visible. The main window is forced on-screen on startup after restoring its previous location, so restarting Picture Window will restore the main window’s visibility. The image browser window is forced on-screen any time you switch to separate window display, so switching display modes will restore the image browser’s visibility and will also re-create it if you close the image browser window.
Fixed some minor problems in the code that ensures that the current image is always visible in the image browser window by scrolling it into view if necessary.
Fixed problem with Quick Pick not giving initial focus to its edit control.
