Bug fix release 19-Jul-2018

I have posted a new release (19-Jul-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Crop, Fan and Warp transformations: fixed problem of left side of split screen being zoomed to fit after any change to the cropping rectangle or other settings.
Fixed several bugs related to split screen zooming and scrolling.
