Bug fix release 14-Jul-2018

I have posted a new release (14-Jul-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Color Wheel test pattern: you can now set the image width, background color and output bit depth. Also improved smoothness of edges and interior.
Posterize: added a Reset All command to the Settings Menu and updated the help file.
