Bug fix release 13-Jul-2018

I have posted a new release (13-Jul-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Stereo transformation: added Left Only and Right Only Method options. Changed Swap Images from a button to a check box. Help file updated with details.
Fixed problems with the Advanced Sharpen probes – see updated help file for details.
Fixed problem with Precise Gaussian Threshold slider.
Fixed problem causing preview in Precise Gaussian not to refresh if Amount was zero.
Fixed bug in Wave transformation causing tile settings to be set incorrectly when transformation starts up.
Eliminated unnecessary image recalculations when transformation dialogs start up when opening
transformation for editing.
Eliminated unnecessary image recalculations on OK or Apply for transformations with their own preview
areas. Still some issues with Clone and Paint tools.
