Bug fix release 10-Jul-2018

I have posted a new release (10-Jul-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed more problems with closing images whose transformation dialog boxes are open for editing.
Fixed problem in Precise Gaussian – Apply was mistakenly causing the transformation dialog to shut down.
Crop Transformation – renamed Custom Width/Height to Custom Proportions.
