Bug fix release 6-Jul-2018

I have posted a new release (6-Jul-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Added a couple more methods to Stereo transformation.
Fixed problem in Clone tool when dragging cursor past the left edge of right half of split screen display.
