Bug fix release 5-Jul-2018

I have posted a new release (5-Jul-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem clicking mask thumbnail in image browser – this is now ignored unless the transformation dialog is open.
The Close All Images command now has an option to Save the Current Workspace before closing. This saves the workspace, ends the current session and starts a new one.
Fixed memory leak in Clone tool.
