Bug fix release 23-Jun-2018

I have posted a new release (23-Jun-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Crop transformation now sets proportions to Arbitrary when applying settings to a new image with a different size from the original image. The relative location of the cropping rectangle is preserved, but the proportions may be different. There is a minor change to the command line for the Crop transformation, so this feature only applies to new scripts.
Fixed various memory and resource leaks.
