Bug fix release 14-Jun-2018

I have posted a new release (14-Jun-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Image Info now reports resolution in dpi, even if default units are metric.
Fixed problems causing incorrect printer output when printing large images on a color printer with a custom profile.
Fixed problem of dpi settings not being saved when writing JPEG or TIFF files.
Fixed bug causing crash when deleting the leftmost top-level image in some cases.
