Bug fix release 28-May-2018

I have posted a new release (28-May-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file and printer curves files.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem with loading printer curves. The Dot Gain printer curves the installer creates now have a different extension so you will need to run the full installer to get the new ones, or you will have to rename them with the extension “.cc”.
Removed command from File/Preferences to relocate settings folder as the installer always places them in the same place.
Fixed mouse trails left by Paint Tool.
Fixed problems with shift-click of amount control thumbnail producing inconsistent results.
Fixed problem with clone tool source point disappearing if the radius was too small.
Fixed problem with Print not saving custom profile in its default settings file.
Moved Tile and Layout transformations to Geometry submenu. Moved Equalize to Gray submenu.
Added curve to Equalize transformation so you can specify the desired shape of the output histogram. See help file for more information.
