cloning oddities

It's fantastic to see how stable and refined PWP8 is getting, with every update.
However, there are still a few glitches I see in the cloning tool. When first initialized, at default settings, after shift-clicking to set a source point, any movements of the mouse leaves "trails" over the target:
If the radius is increased the trails stop appearing.
Then, when cloning from a source image to an output image, when zoomed to 1:1, Alt-clicking to drag the output image does not work - the scroll bars are active, but the image does not scroll. Alt-clicking on the source image paints the output image over the source image...
