Bug fix release 17-May-2018

I have posted a new release (17-May-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem with not being able to load default (and other) settings files due to missing null at the end of the command line.
Fixed problems with scrolling in split screen mode with auxiliary input in left half of screen (e.g. Clone transformation with a separate source image).
Fixed some minor spacing issues in Color Balance and Multi Color Balance.
