Bug fix release 15-May-2018

I have posted a new release (15-May-2018) in full installer and executable-only. Minor updates to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed several problems with closing tool and transformation dialogs.
Changed the way images are stored to allow for larger maximum image size.
Fixed problem converting images to 1-bit binary with the Convert transformation.
Added palette rotation amount control to Tint transformation (see updated help file for more information).
