Bug fix release 3-May-2018

I have posted a new release (3-May-2018) in full installer and executable-only. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed slight overlap of tab control at bottom of Monochrome transformation dialog.
Fixed problem with Crop transformation not applying resize or resample settings on OK.
Fixed problems with Mask Edit not restoring current settings to defaults.
Fixed problem causing Crop transformation to flash 2 seconds after starting up.
